INSIDE Communication est une agence de communication basée au Luxembourg, en plein développement. On accompagne nos clients sur des sujets de stratégie, de campagnes et de communication globale.
Tes Missions
Tu seras au cœur de l’action en participant activement à la vie des projets :
– Pilotage de A à Z : Suivi opérationnel et financier des campagnes.
– Stratégie & Création : Participation aux recommandations stratégiques et élaboration des plans média/production.
– Chef d’orchestre : Coordination fluide entre les différents supports et canaux pour une cohérence parfaite.
– Communication 360° : Contribution à des projets de communication internes et externes (campagnes, contenus, événements).
– Veille & Tendances : Vision affûtée des dernières actualités du marché luxembourgeois et de la Grande Région.
Ton Profil
– Expérience : Diplômé(e) en marketing/communication, tu as déjà fait tes armes en agence (ton terrain de jeu favori).
– Organisation : La gestion de projet est une seconde nature chez toi. Tu sais prioriser les urgences et garder le cap, même quand le rythme s’accélère.
– Fiabilité : On peut compter sur toi les yeux fermés. Tu es investi(e) dans tes dossiers et tu veilles à ce que chaque détail soit aligné avec les attentes de nos clients.
– Expertise média : Tu connais parfaitement les médias et régies. Tu distingues clairement les logiques de notoriété et de performance et sais les activer avec des exemples concrets.
– Expression : Français parfait, Anglais opérationnel. Le Luxembourgeois ? C’est la cerise sur le gâteau !
👉 Tu ne coches pas toutes les cases ? Si tu as l’envie d’apprendre et une motivation à toute épreuve, on veut quand même te rencontrer !

Your Responsibilities
You will be at the heart of the action, actively contributing to project life:
– End-to-end management: Operational and financial oversight of campaigns.
– Strategy & Creation: Contributing to strategic recommendations and developing media/production plans.
– Conductor role: Ensuring smooth coordination across all channels and touchpoints for perfect consistency.
360° Communication: Supporting internal and external communication projects (campaigns, content, events).
– Market Watch & Trends: Staying on top of the latest news and trends in the Luxembourg market and the Greater Region.
Your Profile
– Experience: Degree in marketing/communication, with prior experience in an agency environment (your favorite playground).
– Organization: Project management comes naturally to you. You can prioritize effectively and stay on track, even in fast-paced situations.
– Reliability: You are dependable and committed to your projects, ensuring every detail meets client expectations.
– Media expertise: Strong understanding of media and sales houses. You clearly distinguish between awareness and performance strategies and know how to activate them with concrete examples.
– Communication skills: Fluent French, professional English. Luxembourgish? That’s a bonus!
