    Pour renforcer notre pôle technique, nous recherchons un(e) Développeur(se) Fullstack WordPress avec une forte sensibilité Front-End, performance, accessibilité et SEO.

    Tes missions

    Tu seras un pilier technique de l’agence et interviendras sur l’ensemble de nos projets web, de l’intégration à la mise en production. Ton rôle consistera à transformer des maquettes créatives en sites rapides, fiables et optimisés.

    Le magicien de WordPress & du code

    • Développement de thèmes WordPress sur-mesure, avec une attention particulière portée à la qualité et à la maintenabilité du code.
    • Gestion du back-end afin d’assurer la stabilité, la sécurité et les performances des différents sites.
    • Intégration de fonctionnalités avancées et gestion optimisée des plugins.

    L’artiste du Front-End

    • Intégration fidèle des designs réalisés par l’équipe créative.
    • Maîtrise de HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/Scss) et JavaScript.
    • Conception d’interfaces responsives et orientées UX/UI, adaptées à tous les supports.
    • Mise en œuvre d’animations et d’interactions fluides et cohérentes.

    Le gardien de la performance, du SEO et de l’accessibilité

    • Optimisation technique des sites (temps de chargement, Core Web Vitals, structure HTML).
    • Application des bonnes pratiques SEO on-page.
    • Sensibilité aux enjeux d’accessibilité web.
    • Veille technologique continue.

    Ton profil

    Niveau requis pour débloquer la mission

    • Minimum 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle, idéalement en agence.
    • Très bonne connaissance de l’écosystème WordPress (Custom Post Types, ACF, Gutenberg, hooks).
    • Sensibilité marquée pour le design, l’ergonomie et l’expérience utilisateur.
    • Approche orientée performance et référencement naturel.
    • Langues : Français courant; anglais technique indispensable; luxembourgeois et/ou allemand constituent un atout.

    Ce qui nous fera vraiment craquer

    • Connaissances d’autres technologies ou frameworks (React, Vue, Flutter).
    • Notions en frameworks PHP tels que Laravel ou Symfony.
    • Capacité à vulgariser des sujets techniques auprès de clients ou de profils non techniques.
    • Intérêt pour l’IA et son intégration dans les workflows de développement.

    To strengthen our technical team, we are looking for a Fullstack WordPress Developer with a strong focus on Front-End development, performance, accessibility, and SEO.

    • Contract : Permanent (CDI) – Full time
    • Location : Bascharage, Luxembourg
    • Required experience : Minimum 3 years

    Your missions

    You will be a key technical pillar of the agency and will be involved in all our web projects, from integration to production. Your role will be to transform creative mockups into fast, reliable, and optimized websites.

    The WordPress & code wizard

    • Development of custom WordPress themes, with strong attention to code quality and maintainability.
    • Back-end management to ensure stability, security, and performance of websites.
    • Integration of advanced features and optimized plugin management.

    The Front-End artist

    • Pixel-perfect integration of designs created by the creative team.
    • Strong command of HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/Scss), and JavaScript.
    • Design of responsive, UX/UI-oriented interfaces for all devices.
    • Implementation of smooth and consistent animations and interactions.

    The guardian of performance, SEO, and accessibility

    • Technical optimization of websites (loading times, Core Web Vitals, HTML structure).
    • Application of on-page SEO best practices.
    • Awareness of web accessibility standards and challenges.
    • Ongoing technology watch.

    Your profile

    Required level to unlock the mission

    • Minimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally in an agency environment.
    • Excellent knowledge of the WordPress ecosystem (Custom Post Types, ACF, Gutenberg, hooks).
    • Strong sensitivity to design, usability, and user experience.
    • Performance and SEO driven mindset.
    • Languages: Fluent French; solid technical English required; Luxembourgish and/or German are a plus.
